Who are we?
Gold Country Commonwealth,LLC is a Mortgage Investment Group that offers private hard money Trust Deed investments to private individuals. Simon Granville, President has planned, developed, and constructed many projects to provide development inventory over the past 25 years. At Gold Country Commonwealth, under his guidance you will receive excellent service, open communication and prompt answers to your questions. He has personally been responsible, acting as owners agent for investment in over $450,000,000, used for planning, design and construction of development infrastructure. He is now utilizing that experience and expertise to provide investors with high rates of return in hard money lending transactions.

What do we do?
We originate, underwrite and fund qualified Trust Deed Loans for our private lenders. In addition, we service every loan we fund so you don’t have to worry about collecting monthly payments, we will handle this for you. You can simply sit back and let us handle all the details while receiving your interest checks from our office every month or as stated on the mortgage note.
