Gold Country Commonwealth is constantly creating, servicing, and purchasing first trust deed loans. We currently have mortgage investments available for private investors. Here is a summary of what we provide to our customers:

• Loans with scheduled yields of 9% to 14%*
• Secured by First Trust Deeds on Properties with 65% Equity
• Title to the Loan/Note will be Vested in Your Name
• We ensure Title Insurance and Fire Insurance Policies are maintained
• Gold Country Commonwealth Handles Loan Servicing and Foreclosures
• You can Invest With Us as Various Dollar levels

Potential Investors in first mortgages must meet a certain level of financial stability to invest. You need either a net worth of $500,000 (exclusive of home, furnishings and automobiles) or income greater than $65,000 and a net worth greater than $250,000 (exclusive of home, furnishings, and automobiles).
